domocozi is a small site made by one person. This page says plainly what we hold, why, and for how long. If something here is unclear, write to us.

Accounts

You can play without an account. Playing this way creates ananonymous account — a random identifier with no email and no name attached. It exists so the game can remember your slime, your jellies and what you own on this device.

You can later connect that account to an email address, Google, Apple or Discord. Connecting keeps everything the anonymous account already had.Until you connect, we have no way to reach you and no way to recognise you on another device — and if you clear your browser data, that account is gone and we cannot restore it.

What we hold

• Who you are. An account identifier. If you connected an account: your email address, or the identifier the social provider gives us. We do not receive your social password.
• Your slime. Nickname, body colour, ribbon and name tag.
• What you own and what you earned. Items you bought and a ledger of every jelly in and out, so a balance can be proved rather than guessed.
• Games. Rooms you joined, your seat and rolls, and timing figures for a finished game (how long it ran, how many people, network delay). We use the timing figures to decide whether the game needs a different server.
• Season pass. If you buy one, whether it is active and when it renews, plus the order identifier from our payment provider.
• One setting in your browser. Your light or dark theme choice stays in your browser and never reaches us.

What we do not do

• We do not show ads.
• We do not run third-party tracking or advertising scripts.
• We do not sell or share personal data.
• We never see or store your card number. Our payment provider handles that.

Where the data lives

The site is served by Cloudflare (global network). Accounts, items and game records are stored with Supabase in Tokyo, Japan. Payments are handled by Polar (United States), who is the merchant of record for the season pass. Visit counts come from Cloudflare Web Analytics, which sets no cookies and cannot identify you.

All three are processors acting for us. If you are outside Japan or the United States, this means your data is transferred to and stored in those countries.

How long we keep it

While your account exists. Delete your account and everything above is deleted with it — profile, items, jelly ledger, game records and pass status — because they are all tied to your account identifier and removed in the same operation. Payment records held by our payment provider are kept by them for as long as tax law requires.

Your rights

You can ask us what we hold about you, correct it, delete it, or ask us to stop using it. Write to us and we will answer. Deleting your account does all of this at once.

Children

This site is not aimed at children under 14. We do not knowingly collect data from them. If you believe a child has an account here, write to us and we will delete it.

When this changes

If we start holding something new, we update this page on the same day, not afterwards.
